How is my building's price determined?+
We use your building's residential unit count from NYC Department of Finance property records (PLUTO) — the same source we use to build your Stoop Report. If it doesn't look right, you can flag it from your account and we'll review it manually.
Is billing monthly or annual?+
Annual only, by credit card. There's no monthly plan and no ACH option today.
What if we're not satisfied after signing up?+
New accounts get a full refund if you cancel within the first 30 days — no questions asked. After that, plans run to the end of the paid term.
What happens if we stop paying?+
You keep full read access to everything your building has already created — minutes, documents, the directory — and you can export all of it at any time, with no payment required. We never hold your building's records hostage.
What's included in Setup & Migration?+
Our team builds out your building profile, imports your contacts and directory data, scans in existing documents, and gets on a call with your board — so you're not starting from a blank page. It's a one-time fee, priced by your building's unit count like everything else.
What if my building is over 24 units?+
Larger buildings get a custom quote instead of self-serve checkout. Reach out and we'll put together pricing based on your building's specific needs.
